Brief Smart Strategies History
Early-on in her career through a gov’t subsidized program, our CEO (40 under Forty business leader recipient) successfully worked with over 1,600 businesses from end-to-end with startup, launch or growth strategies. Many were tech companies creating life-saving advances; many lacked strategic planning, marketing know-how and the execution skills to get their innovations into the hands of healthcare professionals. Time and again, there was a consistent pattern of challenges. In response, Smart Strategies was developed and refined; a unique approach grounded in evidence-based research. We applied this to the pioneering effort of the analog-to-digital healthcare shift and made it repeatable and scalable. Tight relationships were formed with providers, technologists and service organizations and the Smart Strategies method is now the conduit guiding the process. |
With 15 years in the making, Smart Strategies is a proven methodology for companies who wish to break through the noise. Our clients turn to HTS for strategies for growth into new markets or providing solutions to unique problems. They are faced with turbulence and encountering challenges that to some appear to be too big to overcome.
That’s why HTS developed the Smart Strategies™ method. This method is evidence-based to succeed for each and every business, product or service that has integrity and character at its core. HTS Smart Strategies™ method starts from the core of your company (its purpose, cause, or belief) and moves through a process combining a broad view of global trends with rigorous analysis. We help client’s clearly articulate solutions to the problems your prospects have, understand the landscape, define the drivers and barriers to growth and effectively align organizational resources. What we find is that many of our customers have been attacking the market with an all or nothing approach combining a mix of this or that, without having the true north adjusted in their compass. Smart Strategies method expands your market without forsaking your roots. The evidenced-based method has improved the bottom line for so many by creating the message conceived from the value your organization stands for. The method builds upon the hidden assets carving out a compelling path for action and sustainable growth. |
